How we provide support to our clients
We supply IT support in three main ways depending on what is most suitable for the problem at hand. Most start with a phone call to our Crawley office using a local number (we have never and will never operate premium phone numbers for support). Once the issue is established the engineer will talk to the client and resolve the problem. Remote support can also be utilised which allows the engineer to access the problematic PC or laptop to fix the issue and get the computer back up and running as quickly as possible. We also visit client sites as part of our Total Support Plan.
Traditional IT support and still a very popular option with many of our clients. Simply call at any time and speak to your engineer.
Remote support is amazingly effective and we now believe that we can solve 99% of PC problems remotely. An engineer will simply ‘dial in’ to your PC and resolve the issues while you sit back and have a coffee.
As part of our Total Support plan we are more than happy to make on site visits to our clients. Although most problems can now be solved remotely there are some issues for which a visit is the most appropriate.
